Summary: The cleanest hotel that we have been to in the Philippine.The staff are truly accomodating and as they represent of what the people in Dumaguete are well known for " most gentle people ". Dining experience including the complimentary breakfast was top -notch for the food quality and taste .This hotel is highly recommendable.

Summary: Smaller Property with shops on the lower level, restarunt on the second and rooms on the third. I was on the third floor. Clean hotel but is located in a little of an out of the way in Dumaguete.
